Excellent water quality is non-negotiable; a strong filter and regular testing for ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate are essential to prevent stress and disease, ensuring your fancy friend lives a long, vibrant life.

For a smooth transition, always acclimate your new fish! Float the sealed bag in your tank for 15-20 minutes to equalize temperature, then gradually mix small amounts of tank water into the bag over another 15 minutes. This gentle process reduces shock. Please note, your fish may be slightly stressed from travel; a calm, quiet environment upon arrival will help it settle in beautifully.
